Kansas passed House Bill 2050 on April 10, 2025 eliminating producer appointment fees and lowering other associated fees by 2026. They also passed Senate Bill 42 creating a real-time auto insurance verification system.
North Dakota adopts Senate Bill 2214 on April 17, 2025 combining the insurance and securities position into one unified position effective July 1, 2025.
