Iowa will require a state and federal background checks and fingerprinting for resident applicants as of May 1, 2025.

Pennsylvania has an updated list of insurance coverages or risks eligible for export.

California continues to expand their List of Approved Surplus Insurers. You can find the updated list here.

Wyoming goes paper-free as of June 1, 2025 and will no longer accept paper forms for some services.

Connecticut makes all current licenses for MVPD (Motor Vehicle Physical Damage) appraisers to expire June 30, 2025.

Kansas passed House Bill 2050 on April 10, 2025 eliminating producer appointment fees and lowering other associated fees by 2026. They also passed Senate Bill 42 creating a real-time auto insurance verification system.

North Dakota adopts Senate Bill 2214 on April 17, 2025 combining the insurance and securities position into one unified position effective July 1, 2025.
