North Carolina Insurance CE Make-Up Period Ends Soon

North Carolina is in the process of changing from an annual license renewal to a biennial renewal.

Renewal dates are now dictated by birth year and month. Agents born in an even numbered year were given a renewal date during 2008. Due to transition delays, North Carolina has allowed for a special four month “make-up” period to those agents whose license had a 2008 renewal deadline. That “make-up” period ends April 30, 2009!

You must complete your North Carolina insurance CE prior to this date or you will be out of compliance.
